Services include-Landscape and hardscape design, contacting professional installers for bids, overseeing installation of hardscape/plantings, selection of pool finishes and lighting elements.
CAD Design
Each design is drawn on CAD so it is easy to make revisions if needed. CAD also allows plans to be converted to PDF's so they can be e-mailed to clients for review and then sent on to contactors for bids. Pool layouts can be sent to engineers for structural drawings that will be completed in the same CAD system allowing for a quicker turn around.
Presentation
During your plan presentation you will be given a set of landscape plans, hardscape plans and planting specification as well as a custom plant book. Each plant book will have a picture and name of the plant that matches the plant selection on your plan. My hope is that the presentation materials will allow clients to feel confident in the decision to move forward with the installation process.
